(139) TOWERS IN DUBAI. 2013

(139) TOWERS IN DUBAI. 2013

Resting on a platform with an uneven perimeter that accommodates a parking lot, shops, services, and a high-rise garden, the 240-meter tall towers house 447 luxury apartments for western business people living in Dubai. The slenderness and impact of the wind impose a strict and highly resistant perimetric structure comprised of concrete beams and pillars. The glass facade panels are set back from the structure, configuring terraces and corridors.
