(101) TWIN HOUSES. 2006-2009

The starting point of these two houses is the will to construct a building that fit the real dimensions of the site. The proposal avoids oversizes volumes, and takes adventage of the optimal qualities of the place, its preexisting topography and natural vegetation. The villas are simple stepped volumes, supported on a platform facing the sea. Two clusters of rooms that are organized around an ample and almost exterior living room connecting the access patio to the terrace. The structure of exterior meeting spaces is repeated for each of the clusters, which contain a small shadowed patio protected from the wind.
