(101) TWIN HOUSES. 2006-2009

The starting point of these two houses is the will to construct a building that fits the real dimensions of the site. The proposal avoids oversized volumes and takes advantage of the optimal qualities of the place, its preexisting topography, and natural vegetation. The villas are simple stepped volumes, supported on a platform facing the sea. Two clusters of rooms that are organized around an ample and almost exterior living room, which connects the entry patio with the terrace. The structure of the exterior meeting spaces is repeated in each of the clusters, each also containing a small shadowed patio protected from the wind.
