The Fo-Shou house is located close to a lake, in a clearing of a bamboo forest. The housing is constructed as the space remaining inside a strip of varying thickness which bends back around into a loop. This belt consists of two different structures: an internal structure made of glass and steel, and an outside layer formed by a screen of bamboo. In this way, the house is spatially ambiguous and its shape is that of a breath, of a spatial perception which is always variable and continuous.
