(086) HELGA FOUNDATION. 2005-2010

The Helga de Alvear Foundation is hosted in two cubic buildings of similar size: an existing building known as La Casa Grande, and a new building. The first phase of the project consisted of rehabilitating the former Casa Grande, a construction from the early twentieth century that used to hold two houses belonging to two brothers. The rehabilitation focused on uniting the two houses into one body, the elimination of added elements and the clarification of the circulations. The renovated building houses the various spaces of the foundation.
