(086) HELGA FOUNDATION. 2005-2010

The Helga de Alvear Foundation is hosted on two cubic buildings of similar size: An existing building, known as the Casa Grande, and a new building. The first phase consisted of the rehabilitation of the former Casa Grande, a construction of the early twentieth century that used to hold two houses of two brothers. The rehabilitation has focused on the reunification of the two houses in one body, the elimination of added elements and the clarification of the circulations. The renovated building houses different areas of the foundation.
